In this workshop, you will learn how to create a sequence of asanas in a fluid manner and unite breath with movement. The energy flow series increases strength and flexibility of the upper back, shoulder and hips. There will be a warming up sequence, a restorative flow sequence (healing sequence) and also dynamic vinyasa which works on your cardio system. You will learn to observe your ability while self practice to minimize the risk of injury.
This workshop helps you understand the alignment of yoga postures and how to minimize the risk of injury. You will learn how to protect the joints in yoga practice, and understand the benefits of increasing the flexibility of the hip joint, which will reduce the risk of lower back pain and knee joint pain.
