This workshop will give you an understanding of the types of breathing which can help you control your body and mind. You will practice the Anulom and Viloma Pranayama with some sitting Pawanamukta (wind relieving movements). Then you will be introduced to methods for proper meditation and practice Nidra Yoga (rest yoga), Trataka Kriya (gazing practice to improve concentration and stimulating the Ajna chakra) and Nada Meditation (sound meditation to train deep listening of your own inner sound).
In this workshop, participants can learn more about what stress is and how to overcome it with yoga breathing methods and Nidra Yoga. You will be led through a series of standing movements, sun salutations, stretching movements, sitting movements and finally Savasana movements with breathing practice. The session will be concluded with practice of Nidra Yoga methods.
